晒好的香肠，不能直接冷冻保存，教你一妙招，能放一年，软嫩鲜香上个月，大家都在忙着灌香肠，总是问哪里灌的香肠好吃，我从不在外面灌香肠，都是自己灌的，方法简单，而且好吃还省钱。在外面灌香肠，一斤要花4块钱呢，10斤就是40块钱，又能买好几斤肉了。我每年都会灌10斤香肠，够吃一年的，很多人也和我一样吧。香肠本身含有很高的盐分，保质期是比较长的，但如果没掌握正确的方法，也容易坏掉。去年邻居灌了10斤香肠，结果不到3个月，就有一半长霉了，不得不扔掉。有人认为，发霉的香肠把霉洗掉还能吃，这是错误的。长霉的食物会产生黄曲霉毒素，这是一种致癌物，用水也洗不掉，所以千万不要吃。邻居保存香肠的方法很简单，就是挂在阳台上，由于天气忽冷忽热，香肠容易受潮，所以就坏掉了。还有人会把晒好的香肠直接放进冰箱里冷冻，确实不会发霉，保质期也很长，但口感会发生很大变化，变得又干又硬，非常难吃。其实，保存晒好的香肠时，不能挂在外面，也不能直接冷冻，今天就和大家分享正确的方法。自己做的香肠想要长时间保存，在晾晒时就要要注意2点：1、晾晒时要能晒到太阳，但又不能被阳光直接晒到，这样口感就不会发硬。而且阳光直射的话香肠会出油，表面会变得很粘，不干爽。2、晾晒的时间要掌握好，必须彻底晒干，至少要在天气晴好的情况下晒7天以上，当腊肠表面变得非常干燥，捏起来硬中带软的状态就可以了。晒好的腊肠，该如何保存呢？学学这个小妙招，保证放一年都好吃，鲜香软嫩不发干。1、先把腊肠分成一段一段的，放入清水中加入适量食用碱，浸泡2分钟，再用手搓洗一下，用清水冲洗干净后，放在太阳下沥干水分。记得要沥干，一定别忘了。2、准备一个盘子，一瓶高度白酒，一卷保鲜膜。把白酒倒进盘子里，按一顿的量把香肠分好，比如4根一组。3、把每一根香肠都放进白酒中，浸泡10秒钟，让表面均匀地粘上一层白酒，这一点很关键。然后每一组香肠都用保鲜膜包起来，尽量多包几层，密封起来。4、把包好的香肠放进冰箱里冷冻起来，随吃随取，可以放1年都不变味，吃的时候拿出来解冻就行了。【香肠的食用方法】香肠可以蒸，可以煮，口感是不一样的。想要吃原汁原味的香肠，最好蒸着吃，而且口感更加紧实。而煮香肠吸收了太多的水分，变得松软，但口感比较软。大家根据自己的个人喜好来选择。家里有香肠的朋友们，就按照我上面分享的方法来保存，比直接冷冻要好得多，口感味道不变，还越放越香。长时间保存也不会坏哦。觉得我的文章不错，请给我点赞、评论、转发、收藏、关注，下次见。菠萝水无悔18.3万获赞 16.5万粉丝在这里每天看最新的动态，好文章等着你}
