谢谢提问。不擅版权，仅供参考。也请朋友提了建议。完全自己动手会好些，但如果是亲力亲为地模仿，怕不能避免侵权。关键是要自己原创。使用了他人素材成果，但如果结果主要是自己心血创作的内容，而他人素材仅起底层支撑作用或很小比重的作用，实质上与原素材有很大的差别，基本可近似认为不侵权。当然，一般还是应当取得许可才稳妥。中国需要更多的创新，能自己做就尽量自己做吧，一定要看他人的作品，就界定好借鉴和抄袭之间的界限吧。题主若仅是用作个人的学习和欣赏，那完全不会有侵犯他人版权的问题，因为我国《著作权法》中明确规定了合理使用的多种方式。若是用作商业用途，那版权问题就不可避免了。我国司法实践中适用的著作权侵权判定标准为“实质性相似”+“接触可能性”。所谓“实质性相似”即你的作品与相比对的权利人的作品在独创性部分构成近似。所谓“接触可能性”即你有接触被侵权作品的可能。同时构成这两方面的要件则可判定你是侵权的。因此，当你在借鉴他人作品时，最多只能对其中非独创性部分进行借鉴（但通常这部分你不需要借鉴），权利人有特色的创意部分你是不能未经授权即进行使用的。但个人觉得，如果题主对于某个作品甚是喜欢，一定要纳入到自己的作品中，完全可以与权利人沟通，进行购买获得授权。另外，在进行海报素材的使用过程中，应注意他人照片的使用，可能涉及到他人肖像权问题，确有必要时应征得他人许可。
