最近习大大和彭麻麻访英，可谓万众瞩目！
按照惯例，白金汉宫一年只接待两次高规格国事访问：上半年一次，下半年一次。当然在白金汉宫还要正式会见剑桥公爵(威廉王子)...与威廉王子和凯特王妃一起，终于能看到彭妈妈和凯特王妃两个时尚界偶像同框了!
那么威廉王子是谁？知道威廉的人也一定知道“灰姑娘遇见王子”这段美丽的佳缘。说的就是英国威廉王子还有王妃（凯特）。
如今的威廉王子，话题总是不断，其中令人好奇的还有王室的教育！今天来一起看看威廉王子成长中背后的故事..
王子长成记威廉王子于日在伦敦出生，是英国王储查尔斯和已故王妃戴安娜的长子，即女王伊丽莎白二世的孙子。威廉王子有个弟弟哈里王子。威廉的小学是在寄宿学校度过的。
■ 1995年威廉进入伊顿中学，在伊顿，人们不再根据他的头衔来评判他，而是根据他的灵活度，他的体育天才来评判。
■ 2005年，威廉王子毕业于圣安德鲁斯大学。
■ 2006年，王子进入英国陆军军官学院，开始为期44周的军事生涯，期间曝光的帅气军装照为王子吸引了无数粉丝。
■ 2011年，威廉王子与凯特·米德尔顿在皇家专属的威斯敏斯特大教堂举行了世纪婚礼。■ 2014年，王子开始担任东英格兰地区空中救护队的飞行员。
作为英国王位第二顺位继承人，威廉王子从小到大一直备受英国媒体关注。他不只有着俊朗的外表，还是一位热衷公益、有担当的优质青年，甚至可以称得上是英国王室中人气最高的王子！
那么，出身高贵又不傲娇，长得帅气又有担当的优质王子是怎么样被培养出来的呢？不得不说，英国的王室教育理念十分不错！
充满爱心：让孩子学会博爱一个好青年的养成当然离不开父母的教育作为家长，英国王室的戴安娜王妃在这方面做得相当称职。
威廉王子小时候，戴安娜王妃就开始带着他和弟弟哈里王子参加各种公益活动。戴安娜很清楚，培养孩子们作为“王位的继承人和候补继承人”的责任重大，因此教给他们慈善、博爱，让他们有一颗充满爱的心是十分重要的。
戴安娜王妃总是对公益事业非常热心，至少参与了150项慈善活动，并且是不下20个慈善机构的赞助人或主席。在慈善的世界里，戴安娜王妃是几乎可以与特蕾莎修女并驾齐名的“天使”。
1991年，戴安娜王妃带着威廉王子和哈里王子悄悄照顾艾滋病患者艾瑞o杰克逊。戴安娜觉得，孩子们在成长过程中应该了解生活的每一层面，让他们在活生生的现实中懂得慈善。
戴安娜王妃自然而然地引领着两个王子进入公益的领域，带着他们探访各种慈善机构，参加各种公益活动，并给两个王子讲解公益的意义。2013年在出席非洲保育慈善活动时，威廉王子曾回忆说自己对非洲的向往，就是年幼时听母亲戴安娜王妃讲非洲故事时逐渐萌生的。
就这样，在戴安娜王妃的影响下，威廉王子逐渐成长为一个博爱、慈善的人。
高考过后，威廉王子到智利去做扶贫义工，期间他蹲在地上清洗马桶的照片被曝光，在英国引起了很大反响。
之后，威廉王子也曾多次效仿母亲戴安娜，和弟弟哈里王子一起筹款，走进贫穷孩子的世界，慰问无家可归者，关注艾滋病患者等。

威廉王子还关注环境和野生动物问题，不断在社会上呼吁保护野生动物。这次威廉王子到中国，就是应邀到《开讲啦》电视节目给中国的青年们讲解野生动物保护，并呼吁大家行动起来。此外，威廉王子还在百忙之中抽出时间，和姚明、贝克汉姆一起拍摄了呼吁保护野生动物的公益短片。

威廉王子对公益可谓不遗余力，不仅把自己的工资全部捐给了公益机构，就连2011年大婚时也请来宾们把礼物换成了给慈善机构的捐款。现在，威廉王子已经是多个慈善机构的资助人，其中包括“非洲象牙信托基金”等致力于野生动植物保护的机构。
独立自主：让孩子学会独立地生活除了带领威廉王子进入公益领域，戴安娜王妃最成功的教育，就是让威廉王子在小小年纪学会了像普通孩子一样独立自主生活。
威廉王子还小的时候，母亲戴安娜就决心要给威廉创造一个正常的生长环境，让他和普通孩子一样独立生活。威廉王子在伦敦的一所学校开始接受教育，他是第一位进入学校接受教育的皇室成员。在他之前，几乎所有的皇室成员都有自己的私人教师。
正是在多年的寄宿制学校生活中，威廉王子学会了放低姿态、不摆架子。
威廉王子真正摆脱王室的娇纵、学会独立生活是从寄宿学校开始的，他被戴安娜王妃送到一所寄宿学校生活了5年。在那所寄宿学校里，威廉王子和4个孩子同用一个房间，王子完完全全是一个普通孩子。学校的同学也把他当作普通同学，很少去议论威廉王子和他的王室家庭。正是在那里，王子学会了在父母分开后寻求安慰。
对于母亲戴安娜王妃把自己当作普通孩子教育的良苦用心，威廉王子也十分配合，他把自己当成普通人，和普通人一样在学校里学习、生活，这些行为一直保持到了上大学。
在迈入大学校门前，威廉王子与媒体做了一个约定：大学四年期间，媒体不再拍摄威廉的大学生活，而王室也要定期给媒体提供威廉的大学生活照。
大学期间，威廉的运动天赋得到了充分的展现，曾获得过全校自由泳冠军。威廉如此解释自己爱运动的原因：“只有在挥汗奔跑时，人们才能忘记我是戴安娜的孩子。”
戴安娜王妃的这种家庭教育观念无疑是成功的。威廉王子并没有像其他王子一样被娇生惯养，而是早早地在母亲的督促下学会了独立。
在英国人的印象中，早早独立生活的威廉王子不像是高高在上的王室子弟，更像生活中的邻家小伙。这为王子赢得了英国人的好感，威廉王子现在粉丝无数，人气超高呢！
言传身教：培养孩子健全的人格戴安娜王妃从小带着威廉王子和弟弟哈里王子出没于各大商场、餐厅，在公众场合，王妃和王子们也表现得和普通人一样。有人曾看到他们为坐过山车而规规矩矩地排队，或者是在超市里提着大包小包的东西等候付款。有时候，工作人员想为王妃和王子开通绿色通道，却被戴安娜婉言拒绝。
戴安娜王妃其实是在用实际行动来教育王子：要学会平等、友好地人交往。
1991年，威廉陪同父母到访威尔士的首府加的夫，在离开加的夫时，威廉对电视镜头，让英国人听到了他的第一句话：“谢谢”。这个细节至今被全英国的人津津乐道。

戴安娜王妃的教育是严格的，只要威廉王子做错了事，她一定狠下心来批评。刚进入学校的时候，威廉对管教自己的老师说："当我做国王的时候，我将命令我的骑士来把你的头砍下来。”戴安娜得知后，严厉地批评了威廉，并让威廉向老师道歉。

正是戴安娜王妃对王子言传身教的培养，给了王子们健全的人格，教会了他们真诚、友好、平等待人。威廉王子长大后集众多优秀的品质于一身，不仅热衷慈善、乐于公益，更亲民、友善、礼貌，成为人气最高的英国王室王子，这些都有戴安娜王妃教育的功劳！
父母的爱：王室教育同样离不开戴安娜王妃的言传身教让威廉王子学到了一身优秀品质，威廉王子把戴安娜王妃这一套育儿经传承了下来。如今，已经有了两个孩子的威廉王子和凯特王妃十分注重对孩子的教育，把从戴安娜王妃那里学到的育儿经用到了自己儿女身上……

父母的爱是孩子成长路上最亲密的伙伴，父母的爱让孩子勇敢地成长，勇敢地面对各种各样的苦恼和挫折。威廉王子和凯特王妃也很清楚父爱和母爱对孩子成长的重要性。
威廉王子的儿子乔治小王子出生后，威廉王子自己学着带孩子，他希望孩子能像普通孩子一样成长，就像戴安娜王妃当时对他的教育观念一样。
王室消息人士说。威廉王子也知道，父爱是孩子成长中最不可或缺的东西。威廉王子尽管比较忙，但仍然会抽出很多时间陪乔治小王子和夏洛特小公主。对于威廉王子来说，这是责任，也是作为父亲的享受！
“他留出很多时间和乔治在一起，不过他所做的基本上也就是盯着孩子笑。”
至于凯特王妃，就更不用说啦！凯特王妃将对儿女的陪伴看得十分重要，和威廉王子一样，愿意抽出大段的时间来陪乔治小王子和她的夏洛特小公主成长。
如今，威廉王子有着自己的工作和慈善事业，凯特王妃也大爱公益，但他们的身份不仅仅是英国国民的王子和王妃，也是小乔治和小夏洛特的父亲母亲。对于儿女的教育，相信威廉王子和凯特王妃都是不敢怠慢的！
他曾告诉粉丝们说，初为人父的前几周他不知有多累。他说：“我得说，我之前总以为作为一名飞行员在空中执行搜救任务，对身体与心理而言，已经相当吃力，但照顾一个三周大小的男婴，其实更加吃力、更加累人，这是我以前根本就没有想到的。”
小宝：不管是王室还是平民，总结下来：父母的爱不可缺，言传身教的重要性，健全的人格培养，独立生活的能力、不娇纵不惯养等这些理念是每个父母应该给到孩子的。带娃能够感到累，正说明了对孩子有着艰辛的付出和努力。在威廉王子和凯特王妃的精心陪伴下，我们完全可以期待，乔治小王子会成为下一个优质王子！同样身为父母的我们，如果也能用心教育好孩子，我们的孩子也会是个优质的小王子或小公主。

&&英国的威廉王子受邀参与录制央视《开讲啦》“英国行”特别节目，再次发表演讲呼吁人们关注非洲盗猎走私大象，而这已是威廉王子年内第三次公开发表有关象牙走私内容的演讲了。此次演讲他提到，如果大象和犀牛的数量按照这个速度减少，今年出生的孩子，比如我的女儿夏洛特，会在他们迎来25岁生日之前，就见到最后的野生大象和犀牛死去。下面就让我们一起领略王子精彩的演讲吧。

&&Ladies and Gentlemen，
&&Never before have we had so many different ways to talk to one another． In the distant past，written documents would be carried by hand across thousands of miles from China to WesternEurope． Today， we access knowledge from all over the world， through our mobile phones and at atap of the key． Wherever you are watching this program， whether in this hall， at work， with yourfriends， or at home with your families： 谢谢，很高兴和你们见面。 Thank you for welcoming meinto your homes．
&&Many of the most important conversations we have in our lives take place in the family home． Thehome is where we learn from our parents and grandparents， teach our own children， and shareour stories and hopes for the future． It is where many of our ideas and values are first kindled． Inthat spirit， there is one subject I believe we have to discuss， around our family tables and acrossthe generations． It concerns the future， and I know the Chinese are a far－sighted people． Itconcerns particularly the environment， and I know that protecting China’s rich and beautifulnatural heritage is important to all Chinese families． It is the mass destruction and trafficking oficonic endangered species． And it is time to talk about the growing human demand for illegal wildlifeproducts that drive the trade and makes it profitable．
&&Today， we face an unprecedented surge in the brutal slaughter of iconic animals by poachers． InSouth Africa， for example， one rhino was killed every month until 2005． But last year， three rhinoswere killed every single day． In the 33 years since I was born， we have lost around 70% of Africa’selephant population． Of those that are left， 20，000 are being killed every year． That is 54 elephantskilled every single day． At this rate， children born this year， like my daughter Charlotte， will see thelast wild elephants and rhinos die before their 25th birthdays．
&&Those who suffer the most from this loss are some of the poorest people on our planet． They arethe families who feel powerless as wildlife around them disappear， who face being trapped inpoverty forever， without the income that should be brought in by tourism， a cornerstone of theeconomy in many developing nations． They are the children whose parents risk their lives in thefight against poachers． In the last few days， three rangers and one member of the armed forceswere killed by poachers in one incident in Central Africa， leaving behind 14 children between them．It is these children’s future that is blighted so tragically by the illegal wildlife trade， and it is theirbirthright that is stolen．
&&There is no hiding from these facts today． On our phones， laptops and our TV screens， we can seethe images and read the reports that lay bare the truth of this crisis． That knowledge bringsresponsibility： the responsibility to do everything in our power to reverse the march towardseradication of these fine animals．
&&The good news is that we are far from powerless in this struggle． We can turn the tide ofextinction． We know where the animals we are trying to protect live． We know many of the roads，the airports and ports criminals use to transfer their cargo， from killing fields to marketplace．
&&And over the last few years， we have seen a groundswell of action by governments to improvetheir laws and to work across borders to fight the traffickers． Only last month， President Xiannounced that China would take steps to halt the domestic trade in ivory， adding to the ban onivory carving imports he announced in February．
&&But we know the illegal wildlife trade cannot be solved by governments alone． The spotlight fallsback on all of us， and on the choices we have to make to play our parts in addressing this problem．We have to accept the truth： that consumers are driving the demand for animal body parts — forarts， for trinkets， or for medicine． Only we as consumers can put the wildlife traffickers out ofbusiness by ending our demand for their products． I know we can do this．
&&The desire to possess animal trophies or ornaments made from ivory has been felt on everycontinent for centuries． I know this topic is sensitive for many families． For example， until a hundredyears ago， my ancestors were those who had little concern about acquiring ivory without theknowledge of the threats of extinction， corruption and violence that the ivory trade would lead to．My rejection of ivory today is not a judgment of past generations． It is an acceptance of the worldas I find it today， and the world that I want my children， George and Charlotte， to inherit．
&&Likewise， those doctors and medical practitioners in China who are speaking out againstendangered species in medicine． They are not judging previous generations who did not have thefacts that you do today． They are just accepting the truth： that all credible evidence and scientificresearch shows， for example， that rhino horn cannot cure cancer． We have a responsibility to acton the facts that we have today． By doing so， we are honoring the generations that have comebefore us and we are protecting those that are yet to come．
&&I do not think that anyone would stand and watch an elephant or rhino being killed． Or a rangerbeing gunned down because we wanted a bracelet or an ornament to impress someone else as agift． But that is what the demand for wildlife products means in practice． The decisions we make asconsumers affect the lives of ordinary people thousands and thousands of miles away， in countrieswe may never visit． If we buy illegal wildlife products， we are contributing to the extinction of wholespecies．
&&But there is good news， and if you remember one thing， I want you to remember this： We can winthe battle． Each generation decides what it values． Each generation can determine what weconsider to be beautiful on the one hand， or unacceptable， or immoral on the other． We can act insolidarity with those fighting poaching and trafficking in their communities．
&&I am absolutely convinced that China can become a global leader in the protection of wildlife． Yourinfluence in the world means you can change the face of conservation in this century． This will be acontribution that would go down in history， one that your great grandchildren would speak of withgreat pride．
&&The greatest inheritance we can pass on to the next generation is a safe and sustainableenvironment， the priceless endowment of nature． Let us not tell our children the sad tale of howwe watched as the last elephants， rhinos and tigers died out， but the inspiring story of how weturned the tide and preserved them for all humanity． And in so doing， let us show the world thatby working together we can stand up to the great challenges our planet and our families will face inthe generations to come．
