不知楼主这个东东是学校作业还是正式文件。如果是正式文件，为什么已经是信用证结算，还要节外生枝，搞个D/P付款？这不是跟自己过不去吗？
信用证和DP都是付款条件，前者是银行信用，对卖方而言是最保险的。后者是商业信用，对卖方而言不是很可靠。信用证支付货款，卖方只要向开证行出示相关单证，只要单证表面符合，银行就必须付款。而DP付款则会有风险，比如由于市场下降，买方不愿意收货，那么卖方就会收不到货款。所以一般企业都会选择信用证支付方式。但是信用证费用很高，所以在条件允许的情况下，比如市场在上升阶段，或者客户信用度高，很多企业也喜欢采用DP支付方式，因为费用相对较低。还有一种情况，就是联合使用信用证和DP的付款方式，即一部分用信用证，一部分用DP或者干脆是CAD（直接现金汇款交易）。我以为楼主是这种情况，但是仔细看了一下，没有发现提到联合付款的条款，所以我提出该疑问。看来是学校作业。以上只是根据我的实务经验临时概括的，有很多细节不能充分展开，有机会再说吧。
