展开全部Ni与底材之间脱落的原因有:电镀的前除理不足; 大部分的板料在加工时会上一层抗氧化剂, 此氧化膜未完全除净就会造成镀层覆著不良, 因工艺中有先镀铜, 确认是否铜-铜分离即可验证. 解决方法为以刷磨方式或阳极电解将表面氧化膜去除再电镀.如果是镀镍层与镀铜层间脱落, 那可能是镀镍光剂过量, 镍镀层的张应力过大所造成, 调整镀镍液的光剂比例, 电解去除多馀的光剂.另外, pH值过高也会造成镀镍脱皮, 将pH控制在 3.5-4.5之间(依光剂性质而定), 也要考虑光剂系统是否合适, 建议采用半光泽系统光剂.镀镍液之有机杂质或金属杂值过高也会造成镀镍层应力过高, 以弱电解或活性碳去除.如果是Sn-Ni之间脱落, 可能是:镀镍後停留於空气或水中过久, 建议不要超过1分钟.镀镍光剂不平衡, 镀层应力过大, 建议采用单剂型半光泽剂.已赞过已踩过你对这个回答的评价是？评论
