最近，Steam上架了一款军事多人游戏《Foxhole（散兵坑）》，它可以让玩家在超大的战场上扮演一名士兵，与其他数百位玩家一同参与战争的进程。与一般军事游戏不同的是，在《散兵坑》中玩家会扮演各式各样的角色，而不仅仅只是作战单位，这意味着你到达前线甚至一枪都不用开就可能赢得战争。
目前《散兵坑》在7月27日以抢先体验游戏的姿态登上Steam，售价68元，在不到10天的时间它收获了1392篇评测，而游戏的评价为&特别好评&(89%好评）。
《散兵坑》中玩家以俯视角进行游戏，游戏没有离线模式所以需要加入服务器来进行游戏。在开放世界的地图中，玩家可以选择加入作战部队与敌人交锋，担当工兵建造防御工事，或者跟着补给队伍为己方提供物资支持。游戏的画面偏向卡通，但细节却相当写实，无论是各个部门在战争中的配合，还是战斗的场面，都给人一种真实的感觉。
不过实际上，《散兵坑》这款游戏最有趣的地方还是在于玩家间的社交互动上，与陌生人在同一队进行交流会发生许多逗趣的事，如果能和熟人开黑那就更加有意思。
虽然目前游戏仅支持英文，不过已经有许多国区玩家在评测中呼吁开发商Clapfoot加入对中文的支持，相信官方也一定不会忽视玩家们的需求。
